Asset Utilization and Responsibility Agreement

Users retain ownership of their data; however, by using the Platform, they grant permission for the system to process, store, and display data for operational purposes.

5. System Availability

While we strive to ensure uninterrupted access, the Platform may experience downtime due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Security and Confidentiality

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are implemented to protect user data. However, users acknowledge that no system is completely secure, and the Platform is not liable for unauthorized access beyond its reasonable control.

7. Payments and Fees
